Frequently Asked Questions

orders & fitment

  • How do I know which wheels fit my vehicle?

Each vehicle has specific fitment requirements such as bolt pattern, offset, center bore, and load rating. Always verify compatibility before purchasing. Our fitment experts or your installer can help confirm the correct specs for your make and model.

  • Do I need special lug nuts or bolts?

Most aftermarket wheels require conical-seat (acorn) or tuner-style lug nuts. Always use the correct hardware designed for the wheels you purchased.

  • Will my factory TPMS sensors work with 2Crave wheels?

In most cases, yes. However, some vehicles may require compatible TPMS sensors or programming. Check with your installer before mounting tires.

  • Do I need hub rings?

If your wheel’s center bore is larger than your vehicle’s hub, hub-centric rings are recommended for a perfect fit and to prevent vibration.

  • Should I re-torque my wheels?

Yes. After installation, re-torque your lug nuts after 50–100 miles of driving to ensure they remain properly tightened.

shipping, returns & warranty

  • Can I return wheels after mounting tires?

No. Once tires are mounted, wheels are considered used and cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturer defect. Always test-fit your wheels before tire installation.

  • Who pays for shipping on returns or warranty claims?

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will cover return shipping or provide replacement wheels at no cost.

  • How long do warranty claims take?

Warranty reviews typically take 7–10 business days once the wheels are received. You will be contacted with the outcome and next steps.

  • What is covered under the warranty?

2Crave offers a limited lifetime structural warranty and a 1-year finish warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover damage from road hazards, improper installation, neglect, or chemical cleaners.

  • What if my wheels arrive damaged?

Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If you notice shipping damage, contact us before mounting tires so we can file a claim and arrange replacement.

care & maintenance

general questions

  • Do aftermarket wheels void my vehicle’s warranty?

No. Under federal law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act), a vehicle manufacturer cannot void your warranty simply for using aftermarket parts unless the part directly causes a problem.

  • What is a load rating?

The load rating is the maximum weight a wheel can safely support. Always choose wheels with a load rating equal to or greater than your vehicle’s requirements.

  • Can I use wheel spacers?

Spacers can be used if necessary for clearance but must be high-quality, hub-centric, and properly installed by a professional.

  • What’s the difference between staggered and square setups?

A staggered setup uses wider rear wheels for a sportier look and improved traction on RWD vehicles. A square setup uses the same size all around, allowing tire rotation and even wear.
