RMA Policy and Procedure:
All returns require a valid RMA number. We will not accept unauthorized returns; they will be shipped back at the shipper's expense.
RMA requests must be in writing. Verbal RMA requests will not be processed.
Credit will only be issued for merchandise returned in new condition with original packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection.
We will issue credit for approved returns once they pass inspection. No cash refunds.
Online purchases may be subject to refunds to the original form of payment.
A 30% restocking fee will be assessed unless the products are defective.
Additional fees may apply for special orders.

If we arrange return shipping, we will send you return labels or schedule pickups.
A $10 processing fee will be charged per item under such conditions.
- If tracking shows no movement within 2 weeks after we send out the return labels.
- If the returns are not ready for pickup when the shipping or freight companies arrive.
RMA will cancel automatically if the returns are not shipped within 30 days.
Unused credits will expire in 90 days.
